- The Camera may still be attached to the Router - if the Router is NOT in "Use SSID and WPA passkey from ayrmesh.com" mode, the Camera will be configured, but it WILL NOT check in to AyrMesh.com. Disconnect the Camera from the Router, unplug the power, and power it up in a place where it's in range of your Hub. If you don't have a Hub, change the configuration of your Router to "Use SSID and WPA passkey from ayrmesh.com" mode.
- You may not have left the Camera attached to the Router or Remote Hub long enough – make sure to leave it connected for 10 minutes.
- Note that it may take as long as 20 minutes for the Camera to appear on the portal
- The camera may be out of range of the Router or Hub – improve the “line of sight” between the Camera and the Router or Hub
- If the camera is using your AyrMesh Router (for instance, if you don’t have an AyrMesh Hub), the Router’s wireless access point must be set to “Use SSID and WPA passkey from ayrmesh.com (but with a different channel)”
- Re-connect the Camera to your Router and follow the troubleshooting tips in the attached document.
