Reduced speeds of internet

Have the 2x2c hub for a small 6 acre horse ranch.  Signal strength is OK, speed is terrible. I have read all previous problems but the newest question/answer is 7yrs old.  Getting download out of router 95-105Mbps and same for upload.  Getting only 5-10Mbps out of 2x2c hub at 900' with clear line of sight?  Need Help, purchased 100' cable from Ayrstone as I have read that could be a problem.  Looking for a reply want to getting working before my 90 day return/warranty is up. thanks John
