Hub2x2C will not check in

Was on the phone for over an hour and they could not get the unit to check in They say that the IT department would call me that was Friday called today and no answer no call back

  There is good news and bad news here - the good news is that the AyrMesh Hubs are pretty resilient to cold (and hot) weather - they don't seem to fail even in arctic conditions. The bad news is that the same is not always true of cables - pure copper cables (which we strongly recommend) can shrink up quite a bit in the cold and get damaged, and the power supplies have to be protected from cold and wet conditions. The majority of problems like this we see are due to cable failures. However, in fairness, the Hubs do fail from time to time (although we've never gotten one that we could definitely say was damaged by heat or cold).
