Follow the Troubleshooting Tips and let us know if the problem persists.
NOTE: the two most common causes of trouble are:
1.) Looking for the camera to check in to AyrMesh.com while it's attached to the Router - Unless the Router is in "Use SSID and WPA passkey from ayrmesh.com" mode, the Camera won't check in while it's connected to the Router. It has to connect to the Hub, so you must disconnect it from the Router, power it down, and then power it up someplace in range of a Hub.
2.) Placing the Camera in a place with poor signal strength. If your laptop cannot effectively access the Internet from the Camera's location, the Camera probably won't be able to, either.
